always friendly and helpful, even when you don’t speak dutch they got all the good quality products for repairs and renovations the prices are okay it doesn’t help if you have a cheap tool which brakes after usage

Beats any hardware store in Amsterdam. The staff knows their field well and offer great customer service. Having been there only once, I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my supplies. A really nice experience due to even nicer people!

I bought a ventilator and the person in the shop helped me to put it all together. So I could take it home . A very kind person and I am coming to this shop for many years . They are friendly helpful and they have the knowledge about everything you need .i personally recommend this shop .

Needed something for the house, didn't have the right measurement. Staff were very helpful in letting me take an item home and return with correct measurement and exchanged for correct item. Fantastic customer service. Thank you Provak !

Great store for things a handyman needs around his apartment. Electronics, thermostats, light bulbs. Only setback is it is slightly pricier. But the sole expertise of the owners and the quality of the products make quite up for it.

My go to hardware store in the neighbourhood. They are always super friendly, make jokes and are patient with people like me who have no idea what they need and what they are doing. This time I went in there for screws that cost 50 cents but they still give you the attention and patience as if you’re buying an entire toolset. Couldn’t recommend it more!
